Returns.

Should you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. For any faulty goods we offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are not happy with your purchase then you can return it within 14 days for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us first on sales@thesnowsheppard.co.uk briefly outlining why you wish to return your item. We will then email you an address label which will need to be printed and attached to the repackaged items to send it back us.

The credit, exchange or refund will be initiated within 14 days of receiving your returned items.
