Terms and Conditions.
General.
These conditions are applicable to all agreements and sales between “The Snow Sheppard” and the consumer. If products are ordered from “The Snow Sheppard”, you (the purchaser/customer) automatically accept our general Terms and Conditions.
Shipping and Packaging.
Our standard UK postal rate is calculated at checkout, we are more than happy to ship internationally but please contact us before placing an order to get a quote for shipping. We try to ensure that all products are well protected and secure however if any products are damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged items. We work with MyHermes and Parcelforce so you can usually track your package on its way to your home. If the courier is unable to deliver the order to the consumer on time, “The Snow Sheppard” cannot be held responsible.
Orders.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. We aim to send all orders (if in stock) within 5 days of receipt of payment from the consumer. For items which are not in stock and are made to order, our aim is to dispatch within 10 days of order. In the case of any malfunction, beyond “The Snow Sheppard’s control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. We will keep the consumer informed of the status of the order. We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible.
Pricing and Trading.
All prices indicated on the website are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. “The Snow Sheppard” is a trading name for “Sheppard Design Ltd.” all payments will be made to Sheppard Design Ltd.
Liability
All of our products have been produced with the greatest care. However “The Snow Sheppard” cannot assume any liability for damages in any form whatsoever, either physical, material or immaterial, that can be caused by misuse of the product. All products are handmade from natural materials, so small discrepancies may occur and as a result no two products can be truly identical.
Corrections.
The content of this website has been carefully compiled. However, some of the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. “The Snow Sheppard” cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. “The Snow Sheppard” cannot accept responsibility for the actual colour of products differing from the colours shown on individual computer screens.
